New Multifamily Community Under Way Near South Texas Medical Center
Flournoy Companies a development company out of Columbus, GA has just closed on 12.3 acres of land off of Huebner and Eckhert Roads, near the South Texas Medical Center.
Kevin Manner, a broker associate at Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty is involved with the project and says work has already begun on Flournoy’s plans for the property which is a multifamily community called Arden Park.
Arden Park will be one of many projects that have been developed by Flournoy in San Antonio and will feature a high end fitness center, resort-style spa and pool, a playground, and many more amenities.

A Conservation Land Bank Available In Boerne
Larry Lester and Kevin Manner both agents at Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty are listing a conservation land bank consisting of 524 acres in Boerne.
The property, owned by Majestic Ranch Arts Foundation, has been approved by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to be a conservation bank to mitigate for impacts to the habitat of the Golden Cheeked Warbler.

Staging is an important part of selling your house and our home staging checklist will help you get your property ready for showings. Staging is the process of preparing your home to sell by creating a mood or feeling that will attract home buyers.
Staging allows home buyers to imagine themselves living in the home.
Less is more when it comes to staging and you want just enough furniture and decorative pieces to give the home some life. If the residence is currently being lived in then staging will consist of removing personal items and extra furniture and rearranging pieces to show off the space of each room the best way possible.
If the house is unfurnished then staging will be the process of bringing furniture and other pieces in as to create a lived in quality.

-Rent a storage space if needed for items and furniture that will be removed.
-Remove excess items from closets, cabinets and shelves.
-Remove unnecessary furniture to make rooms look larger. Consider eliminating half of all furniture and accessories.
-Remove worn or dated furniture and accessories. Display only new looking items.
-Remove or hide all small kitchen appliances.
-Remove all items on the refrigerator such as photos, calendars, etc.
-Remove all personal photos from your home.
-Remove all visible toiletries from the bathrooms, including items in the showers.
-Remove and store seasonal items and clothes even from closets.
-When decorating surfaces such as mantels, remember that one item is enough for each surface. For staging one item is better than two or more.
-Use mirrors generously as they make rooms look larger.
-Arrange only the minimum number of matching towels on bathroom racks and put out new soap.
